Located 210km northwest of Tahiti, Raiatea is the largest of the Leeward Islands. Dear to the heart of Polynesian people, the island has a special magical atmosphere. The former cultural and religious centre of Eastern Polynesia, it was the first island of the archipelagos to be populated and the epicentre of the migratory flow within the Polynesian triangle. It is where it all began, the cradle of the mā’ohi culture, it is often called, and rightly so, the sacred island.
Only 5 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown Uturoa and its famous covered market, the hotel boasts an ideal location. Situated not far from the Tapioi and Temehani mountains, it will appeal to hiking and botanical enthusiasts.
