South Pacific Island Holiday minus the passport

Published 6th May 2021

Whilst travel bubbles are widening and vaccinations are being rolled out, we recognise that some of you (us included) are sick of waiting for international borders to re-open and have seriously itchy feet! Dust off your suitcase and dig out your favourite island holiday outfits because our team of specialists are waiting to get you on your way to a tropical paradise!

We are blessed with two stunning destinations providing the South Pacific holiday vibe, easily accessible from our ports and have no passport requirements! Both Norfolk Island and Lord Howe Island are domestic travel destinations you can be settling into within a few hours from home. A perfect option to fulfil your cravings and get you back into practise for future overseas adventures.

NORFOLK ISLAND
Norfolk Island has a fascinating history and offers something for all traveller types. From paddock to plate experiences, historical tours of penal ruins, local farm and produce tours, National Park walks and learning to speak some of the local unique Norf’k Laenwij, just to name a few. We are confident you will be surprised and delighted by this beautiful island and relish in the old world feel and charm it presents.

Norfolk Island has an array of accommodation options to choose from including hotel rooms through to self-contained apartments. To enjoy the best of the island, a car is a must and all of our packages include this along with a number of exclusive tours. It really is as easy as it sounds!

LORD HOWE ISLAND
Similarly Lord Howe Island is equally as captivating and widely regarded as the most beautiful island in the Pacific. It’s not hard to see why with a pristine environment welcoming only 400 visitors at any one time. The beaches are unspoiled and uncrowded, the water is clean and crystal clear and it is one of only four island groups to be inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage list for the global significance of its natural beauty and heritage.

The pace is relaxed on Lord Howe Island, but there are plenty of adventures and activities to choose from for those who struggle to sit still for too long. It is the perfect destination to truly switch off from reality and experience life in a timeless natural paradise.

Domestic bliss awaits! Give our team at Spacifica Travel a call on 1800 800 722 to book a getaway to one of both of these stunning destinations.
