To our valued customers. I would like to personally thank you all for being so wonderful during this extremely challenging COVID 19 emergency. Your patience and understanding during this unprecedented situation while our incredible team make the necessary changes to your travel plans has been very helpful to us. Whilst we respect your individual circumstances and decisions, It has also been incredibly heart-warming to see the overwhelming majority of our customers elect to change their travel dates rather than cancel altogether. We proudly employ 30 Australians, and we have committed to keeping our team employed throughout this challenging period and beyond. This has been made possible by you.
Due to the unprecedented disruptions caused by COVID-19, we continue to experience high phone call volumes. We are currently prioritising our clients booked to depart within the next 14 days. For enquiries outside of this departure period, it's probably best if you send us an email and we will be in contact as soon as we can. We look forward to serving you as best we possibly can during this time, and well into the future.
On behalf of the team here at Spacifica Travel. Thank you once again. We are extremely grateful.
