International flights are with Air Tahiti Nui via Auckland on select days of the week. Transit connections in Auckland may be longer than 7 hours. Not included in package price: Te Moana Resort – compulsory city tax of 200XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out & compulsory resort fee of 2,100XPF per room per night to be paid directly at time of check-in; Manava Beach Resort & Spa: compulsory city tax of 200XPF per person per night to be paid directly to hotel. Cancellation Policy for InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa

November 12, 2025 - November 12, 2035

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 15 days prior to arrival:   No cancellation fee

● Between 15 and 1 day prior to arrival:  1 night cancellation fee

● Day of arrival, no shows and early departures:  100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● This rate is only applicable for bookings made 90 days prior to the arrival date

● New Year Eve's Dinner is compulsory with any room booked for the 31st December

● Children 12-14 years are required to pay the compulsory city tax

Cancellation Policy for Maitai Polynesia Bora Bora

November 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 11 days prior to arrival    No cancellation fee

● 10 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation: 100% cancellation fees

April 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 21 days prior to arrival    No cancellation fee

● 20 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fee

● No show, shortened stay, early departure and last minute modifcation: 100% cancellation fees

November 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

● More than 11 days prior to arrival    No cancellation fee

December 23, 2025 - January 5, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 22 days prior to arrival:    No cancellation fee

● 21 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

January 6, 2026 - January 31, 2026

Cancellation Policy:

● More than 8 days prior to arrival:    No cancellation fee

● 7 days or less prior to arrival, no shows and early departures: 100% cancellation fees

Conditions:

● Early booking discount is applicable for bookings made 90 days prior to arrival

● No minimum stay required

● This price excludes compulsory city tax of 200XPF per person per night to be paid directly at time of check-out

● Christmas Eve's Dinner is compulsory with any room booked for the 24th December

● New Year Eve's Dinner is compulsory with any room booked for the 31st December
