Day 1 – Saturday 30 November 2024: Brisbane to Norfolk Island (D)
This morning, meet your dedicated guide at Brisbane International Airport before taking a Qantas flight to picturesque Norfolk Island. Upon arrival, you'll be transferred to your accommodation, Governor’s Lodge for the next seven nights. A welcome dinner awaits you at Bailey’s Restaurant; Bailey’s is situated in a historic island home which is now a must-experience fine dining restaurant.

Day 2 – Sunday 1 December 2024: Markets, Hilli Dinner (B,L,D)
After breakfast, head to the markets this morning to check out local arts and crafts. Return to Governor’s for a two-course lunch at The Boatshed. Enjoy some free time after this to rest and rejuvenate before walking across the road to Hilli Restaurant & Café for a two course dinner. Hilli is one of Norfolk’s iconic restaurants offering a variety of cuisines and a welcoming atmosphere which reflects the very meaning of the name “Hilli” – Hilli is a Norfolk expression meaning “disinclined to exertion, relax, take it easy and unwind.”

Day 3 – Monday 2 December 2024: Island Life & Who Killed the Surveyor (B,T,L,D)
Begin your morning after breakfast with the Island Life Coach Tour. You will spend a delightful day touring Norfolk Island, gaining a true insight into the intricate nature of modern island life. Hear how islanders were born, educated, find work and careers. Visit some of the must-see spots on the island and enjoy morning tea and a two course, island-style lunch. Enjoy some free time this afternoon before heading off to ‘Who Killed the Surveyor’ mystery dinner where you’ll step back in time for the evening to 1859 – three years after the arrival of the Pitcairn Islanders. The scene is set on arrival as you dine on a three-course meal in Kingston's elegantly restored No. 9 Quality Row building while you help solve the mystery of ‘Who Killed the Surveyor?’.

Day 4 – Tuesday 3 December 2024: Natural Wonders, Colleen McCullough & Progressive Dinner (B,D)
Breakfast bellies are full and we are on the bus again to explore Norfolk Island’s geological marvels in all their natural beauty. Be amazed at everything from sheer rugged cliffs to plant life and pines. See examples of Norfolk’s resident and migratory bird life, plus learn about the island’s abundant fish. After, grab yourself a quick bite at the café (own expense), then head out on the Colleen McCullough Home Tour. Colleen McCullough and her Norfolk Islander husband Ric Robinson created a luxurious hideaway where some of her most powerful titles were written. Be escorted through “Out Yenna” and view their priceless collection of artefacts gathered on their world travels. If you have read her amazing books, you will love the experience. Freshen up for the Progressive Dinner, a three-course dinner progressing through three island homes. Chat with fellow diners and soak in the stories of your islander hosts.

Day 5 – Wednesday 4 December 2024: Breakfast Bushwalk, Lavender Farm & Group Dinner (B,L,D)
Rise and shine, pop on your walking shoes and head out for the Breakfast Bushwalk. The pace is relaxed and guides can cater to a range of fitness levels. Learn about flora, fauna and birds along the way. Those not wanting to walk can join group for the Clifftop Breakfast only. Return to the resort to freshen up, then depart for a scenic drive to Bumboras Reserve, en route to the Lavender Farm Tour. Learn about the 15 different varieties of lavender that are planted, and the seasonal vegetables grown for a ‘paddock-to-plate’ experience. Enjoy a lunch of home grown baked potatoes with choice of toppings, alongside a glass of beer or wine, followed with gelato for dessert. Tonight you once again dine in the historic Bailey’s Restaurant for dinner.

Day 6 – Thursday 5 December 2024: Over the Cattlestops, Glass Bottom Boat & Island Fish Fry (B,L,D)
After breakfast, depart for the Over the Cattlestops Tour! Visit some locally owned businesses that make up the island’s industries. Norfolk Island has a huge amount of small businesses making different local products that you can see and taste on the tour. Morning tea is included at a scenic location. Enjoy lunch at The Boatshed before your Glass Bottom Boat tour. Spend an hour viewing the incredible coral gardens of the bay, which is home to over 100 species of fish and vast marine life. Some free time this afternoon to prepare for the Island Fish Fry. This is the island’s most popular event! Feast on local dishes, salads and homemade coconut bread, alongside mouth-watering fried fish that is hard to forget. Throughout the evening take in the breathtaking coastal scenery as the sun sets, and listen to live music and entertainment from Baunti Byuutis dancing group.

Day 7 – Friday 6 December 2024: History in the Making, Bounty Museum & Night as a Convict (B,T,D)
Fuel your day with breakfast, then you are off on the History in the Making Tour. Learn about the four historic settlements, visit a private museum and see a demonstration of hands on crafts, such as shingle and rope making. Walk through the World Heritage inscribed Kingston and Arthur’s Vale area and the ruins of the old gaol. After, grab a light lunch and then wander across the road to Cyclorama. The Cyclorama is a 360 degree painting with realistic 3D effects which bring to life the history of the Norfolk Island people and the connection with the infamous Mutiny on the Bounty. Next, a bus will transfer you just a few minutes up the road to the Bounty Folk Museum. This is a treasure chest of history, an Aladdin’s cave full of fantastic collections, stretching back through the years to 1788. Explorations over, take a breather at the resort then prepare for a night of fun and frivolity. Change into a convict costume, join the Commandant and a step back in time to experience a convict’s life during the Night as a Convict dinner. It’s all about fun, laughter and letting loose. Be prepared for feasting, singing, dancing and some bawdy humour.

Day 8 – Saturday 13 July 2024: Farewell to Norfolk Island (B)
Final breakfast for the week and enjoy your last hours on the island before preparing to head home. Be transferred to the airport for your Brisbane flight. Lunch at own arrangement.
