Wedding Payment Policy
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a wedding date
- 50% of the total wedding cost is required 90 days prior to arrival
- Full payment must be received no later than 60 days prior to arrival
Wedding Cancellation Policy
- More than 91 days prior to arrival: No fee
- Between 61 – 90 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Please note: for couples from countries other than Australia and New Zealand an additional FJ$350 fee is required for a marriage certificate with official Apostille Seal which is recognised in your home country.
Marriage Requirements

- Single status certificate – from your residing registry office
It is the responsibility of the couple to know the requirements of their particular church/religion.
Please note that upon arrival into Fiji, the bride and groom are required to visit the Marriage Registry Office (in Nadi town or Lautoka) to submit an application for and collect a special license to get married. This special license is required for you to get married, so must be completed before your wedding day. You must also have the original copies of all your documents when you visit the Marriage Registry Office.
We recommend that you plan to spend at least 1 full day in Nadi at the beginning of your holiday so that you have time to visit the Marriage Registry Office. You may need to factor in the extra time if the wedding date is during the weekends, public holidays or peak periods.

Deluxe Suite: Suites are air conditioned and feature a private patio or balcony overlooking Malolo Lailai Bay with seperate sleeping area and spacious living area. These suites are housed in a doubel storey building. Bedding is 1 King Bed. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults.
Hibiscus Suite: These suites are generously sized single storey duplexes offering open liviing areas and breathtaking ocean views. They are air conditioned and feature a King Bed. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults.
