Conditions:
- Upon arrival into Fiji, the bride and groom are required to visit the Marriage Registry Office (in Nadi or Lautoka) to submit an application for and collect a special license to get married. The special license is required for you to get married so must be completed before your wedding day. You must also have the original copies of all documentation when you visit the Marriage Registry Office. It is recommended you spent one full day in Nadi at the beginning of your holiday so you have time to visit the Marriage Registry Office. You may need to factor in extra time if the wedding date is during the weekends, public holidays or peak periods. The Marriage Registry Office is open 8am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 3pm Fridays. It is closed Saturdays, Sundays and Fijian Public Holidays.
- A non-refundable deposit of FJ$500 is required to confirm your requested wedding date.
- If a photographer or any mainland supplier is required past 3:30pm they will not be able to make the last ferry from Plantation Island to the mainland and as such you will need to cover their accommodation and meal costs.

Poolside Room: Features pool views and located just steps away from the large swimming pool. A large room with 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults OR 2 Adults & 3 Children.
1 Bedroom Garden Terrace: Features garden views and nestled in a quieter area of the resort. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults OR 2 Adults & 3 Children.
Ocean View Hotel Room: Each of these rooms have views of beautiful Malolo Lailai Bay from their balcony or patio. The split-level design of the room has the 1 x Queen bed & bathroom located above the lounge room with the 2 x Single beds. Maximum room capacity is 3 Adults OR 2 Adults & 2 Children.
Studio Garden Bure: Features garden views with a modern style. A spacious duplex bure which is surrounded by tropical gardens, within easy access to all resort facilities. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults OR 2 Adults & 3 Children.
Studio Ocean Bure: Located just steps from the ocean, you will have un-interrupted access to the beach. A spacious duplex bure which is surrounded by tropical gardens, within easy access to all resort facilities. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults OR 2 Adults & 3 Children.
2 Bedroom Garden Bure: Located behind the Beach Front Bures, the Two Bedroom Bures are stand-alone bures with three rooms (2 bedrooms and the lounge room) and one bathroom. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds + 1 Sofa Bed. Maximum room capacity is 6 Adults or 2 Adults & 4 Children.
Beachfront Bure: Located on the beachfront and close to all major facilities, the beachfront bures are the premium accommodation option. Separate Bedroom with 2 single beds, Open Lounge with main Bedroom and Bathroom. Bedding is 1 Queen Bed + 2 Single Beds. Maximum room capacity is 4 Adults OR 2 Adults & 3 Children.

Plantation Island Resort offers a wide variety of food outlets including Breakfast Bar, Snack Bar, BBQ Deck and Supermarket.
Ol' Copra Shed Restaurant & Brigham Bar: This beachside restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers buffet style meals in a casual setting. The Ol' Copra Shed restaurant is a great place to dine throughout the day and into the evening with family and friends.
Black Coral Restaurant & Bar: Try a range of the Pacific flavours in this a la carte restaurant that is open for dinner only.
Tavola Restaurant & Bar: This is the newest eating establishment on the island. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, the all day dining menu is light, fresh and traditionally Fijian with an Asian flair.
Snack Bar: Set right on the beachfront, enjoy a range of snacks including sandwiches and burgers from 10am to 4pm. From 4pm to 6pm you can dine on takeaway pizzas if you are after a light evening meal in you room.
Flame Tree Restaurant: This adults only fine dining beachside restaurant is perfect for a romantic evening. Open for dinner only with a mouthwatering menu of seafood & Pacific Rim cuisine. Plus a cocktail bar featuring a tantalizing selection of beverages.
