Saturday, 19th April 2025 (B, D):
Arrive at Norfolk Island and transfer to your accommodation. After checking in, you will be taken to a scenic outdoor location for the Baunti Island Fish Fry to enjoy scrumptiously fresh, local fish prepared the local way and accompanied with a range of seasonal island dishes. Be entertained throughout the evening by a singer and island dancers at a night of fun and relaxation.
Sunday, 20th April 2025 (B):
Why not check out the Island Markets in town, visit the Bounty Folk Museum, or head to the Cyclorama to see an impressive depiction of the island’s most famous historical event; the Mutiny on the Bounty.
Monday, 21st April 2025 (B, L):
Embark on the Island Life Coach Tour, exploring the island's stunning landscapes and historical sites, and learning how modern life is lived on Norfolk Island. This finishes with a delectable two-course lunch. Then enjoy a free afternoon and evening to discover more of Norfolk Island at your own pace.
Tuesday, 22nd April 2025 (B):
After enjoying a morning of leisure, this afternoon you will learn about how the idyllic characteristics of Norfolk Island have been challenged and changed by the events of World War II, including hearing about the wartime construction of the Norfolk Island airport.
Wednesday, 23rd April 2025 (B):
Now is the time to explore the Kingston area by day as you take a stroll through this cultural landscape on the World Heritage Walking Tour, discovering the many historical treasures from Australia’s past colonial and penal history. From here, you will head to the RSL Memorial Club for the Kapyong Day Service, where Norfolk Island remembers the Battle of Kapyong fought 74 years ago during the Korean War. This is followed by some drinks and nibbles.
Thursday, 24th April 2025 (B, D):
Enjoy a day at your own pace, whether that is by hiking through the National Park to the Captain Cook Monument, enjoying a stroll through the many beautiful gardens, or picking up souvenirs on an island shopping spree. Later in the afternoon, head back to the RSL for an exclusive tour of the Norfolk Island Military Museum, proudly displaying memorabilia and artifacts’ which encapsulate the service of Norfolk Island men and women for all wars and conflicts since the Boer War, as well as an important piece of history from the Pitcairn Settlement. Then head upstairs to enjoy a delicious meal from the RSL Bistro.
Friday, 25th April 2025 (B, L):
An early rise and shine for the Anzac Dawn Service at Emily Bay as we celebrate 110 years since the landing in Gallipoli, followed by a Gunfire Breakfast for all Veteran’s and Ex-Service at the Golf Club, or a community breakfast at the Government House for all non-veterans. Partake in the march from Officer’s Bath to the Cenotaph for a mid-morning service before heading to the RSL for a traditional Anzac Day lunch with special entertainment and games of 2Up.
Saturday, 26th April 2025 (B):
Make sure your bags are packed as you check out of your accommodation. There is some free time for any last minute shopping or sight seeing before your transfer back to the airport ready for your flight home. Thank you for joining us for this Anzac Anniversary celebration. Lest We Forget.

One Bedroom Cabin with Balcony: Well appointed, the one bedroom cabins each have a separate bedroom from the lounge, front balcony and off-street parking. Cabins are stand alone and are surrounded by lush gardens with easy access to all the resort facilities. A wheelchair friendly room is available.
Deluxe One Bedroom Cabin with Balcony: This cabin offers the best views on the property. Each has one bedroom, separate from the lounge, plus a spa bath and a private back verandah. There are four Deluxe Cabins.

DINING
Governor’s Lodge offer delicious options throughout the day, from breakfast, lunch and dinner through to snacks. Where possible, the property showcases the sensational local produce. All areas are fully licenced.
Bailey’s Restaurant: This beautifully restored house is the iconic centrepiece of Governor’s Lodge. Bailey’s offers a charming homestead atmosphere while delivering quality modern cuisine from an a la carte menu. Bailey’s is a classy dining destination offering the same welcoming warmth and hospitality that you enjoy throughout this resort. Reservations are recommended. Open for dinner 7 days a week from 5pm until late.
The Boatshed: Dining is a relaxed affair as you kick off your day with a café style breakfast under the sails of the marquee, or return for a relaxed lunch. This area is also used for functions. Open for breakfast daily 7am – 10am, and lunch daily from 12 noon – 2pm.
Lounge Bar & Café: Located directly behind reception, and offering a wide range of casual dine-in or take-away options. Enjoy a freshly ground barista style coffee, grab a quick bite from the display cabinet, some snacks for the afternoon, or a chilled wine or beer. Open daily from 9am – 5pm.
SUSTAINABILITY
Governor’s Lodge prides themselves on being Norfolk Island’s first environmentally sustainable hotel, ideal for guests wishing to minimise their carbon footprint. The solar power system generates a significant 52Kw of renewable electricity, feeding excess back into the island’s grid, and the on-site pure rainwater filtration system has an impressive two million litre storage capacity.

Governor’s Lodge has a conference room which can be configured to suit various requirements and functionality such as corporate functions, workshops, breakfast seminars, and theatre events. The Reception Conference Room seats 40-48 configured in banquet style, and 80 in theatre style.
