Studio Apartment: The studio unit is an open layout unit with queen size bed, lounge and dining area. The kitchen features a cook top and microwave convection oven, fridge and fully self-contained facilities. The studio has a flat screen television, DVD player and sound system. The private entrance is lushly planted with palms and opens onto a deck with an outdoor setting to relax with views across the COAST property lush hills and a glimpse of the ocean. 

One Bedroom Apartment: Each One bedroom unit has ocean views and looks from its private deck over the COAST lush green hills to the Pacific Ocean. These self contained units with full kitchen, freshly renovated units have dishwashers, oven, stove top cooking and microwave . Comfortable split single or king size beds with a choice of pillows and fluffy blankets. Private bathroom with rain shower, hairdryer and complimentary welcome toiletries. Lounge area has ipod docking station, flat screen television, DVD player with a library of movies and gas heater for those cooler months. 

Two Bedroom Apartment: COAST has one Two bedroom unit on the property with a wide front deck that looks across our lush hills and down to the Pacific Ocean. The two bedroom unit features comfortable king split single or king bed with choice of pillow and blankets. Each bedroom has an ensuite with shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries on arrival. Each bedroom has direct access onto the deck with lounge chairs and outdoor dining area. The spacious open plan lounge and dining area features comfortable lounges , flat screen television, ipod docking station and sound system ,gas heater and fans. The kitchen is fully self contained with stove top cooking , oven , microwave and full fridge. 

Niau Cottage: COAST has Three Niau Beach Houses which are one bedroom private cottages with full deck that looks through the Norfolk Pine trees to the ocean. The Bedroom features a King size bed or King split singles, comfortable pillow choice and blankets wide doors that open onto the verandah.The bathroom features include shower, heated towel racks,hairdryer and complimentary toiletries . The living area includes large comfortable lounges with flat screen television, iPod docking sound system, DVD and library and open dining area with table and chairs. The full kitchen provides stove top cooking, oven, microwave and full fridge with everything you need for that perfect holiday. Niau Beach Houses have their own laundry facilities with washing machine and access to the COAST apartments guest laundry facilities with dryer. Beach towels, snorkelling gear, umbrellas and picnic baskets are all provided. A private entrance and driveway yet close to the saltwater swimming pool and on site Day Spa at COAST.

Rahooloo Two Bedroom Cottage: The Rahooloo Beach House is a two storied two bedroom house with breathtaking views through the valley to the Ocean. Rahooloo features tall soaring cathedral ceilings with the top level bedroom at tree level with the swooping terns and migrating sea birds. The loft also features a lounge and toilet. Downstairs is the main bedroom with large king bed and full bathroom featuring shower and bath, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Rahooloo has a full kitchen with stove top cooking, oven, microwave and fridge. The large living area has flat screen television, DVD player with library, iPod docking sound system large dining setting. Rahooloo has its own laundry facilities with washing machine and access to the COAST apartments guest laundry facilities with dryer. The House has beach towels, snorkelling gear , umbrellas, picnic baskets and everything that will make your stay a perfect one. Rahooloo has an open deck in the front with lounges and cafe table. The rear courtyard has a BBQ and outdoor seating for the perfect lunch or alfresco dinner. A private driveway and entrance yet near to the COAST complex for a swim in the saltwater pool, the on site Day Spa and access to "The Boathouse" the guest area with push bikes , golf clubs, and fishing gear available, complimentary for our guests.

Routi Two Bedroom House: Routi House is the perfect Beach house, pacific style to explore Norfolk Island. Two bedrooms, each with private ensuite, bath, shower, hair dryers, complimentary toiletries on arrival and wide opening doors leading to the deck with private views over the COAST property through the Pines to the South Pacific Ocean. Routi House with its high cathedral ceilings and open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is a spacious escape. Full kitchen facilities, large fridge, stove top cooking, oven and microwave with a bar bench and dining area. Guests at Routi have a private BBQ, two outside eating areas front for the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or on the wide deck with views to the ocean, deck lounges and outdoor dining table and chairs. The living area at Routi features large comfortable lounges, flat screen television with DVD and movie library, ipod docking station and sound system. Guests have their own laundry with washing machine and access to the COAST apartments guest laundry facilities with dryer, picnic baskets, beach mats, snorkeling gear and beach towels, a games library and access to our push bikes, golf clubs and fishing gear that is for the use of our guests. Routi guests have their own driveway and entrance within the COAST property. Our on site Day Spa and saltwater swimming pool is available exclusively for COAST guests.
